Sharon Keys
Barbara Boone:

Barbara Boone is a Professional Organizer specializing in paper management and file systems for small businesses and home offices. She helps professionals and a home owner get organized in their offices and creates customized file systems that help clients increase productivity and reduce stress.

 

Barbara has been organizing all her life in one context or another. As a teacher for 25 years with the Baltimore County Public School System, she organized curriculum, student files, lesson plans, and classroom furniture. After retiring from her teaching career, Barbara worked for Towson University and Grace Fellowship Church in Timonium and continued to benefit others with her organizing skills.  Her volunteer efforts led her to the Baltimore County Department of Aging where she was a writer and researcher for the Retired and Senior Volunteer Program. She became a Professional Organizer in 2005.

 

Barbara has a BA in elementary education, an MS from Morgan State College and a Master's Degree in professional writing. She has published a book on writing for teachers, presented seminars to teachers throughout the state of Maryland, and worked for The Maryland Writing Project at Towson University as Director of Publications.


Barbara is a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers, the Maryland Association of Professional Organizers, and On Purpose Networking for Women.  She is on the board of the National Association of Women Business Owners and is the current President of the Timonium Friday Morning Chapter of Business Networking International.


Susan Olson
Laura Hess:


Laura Hess is a Business Consultant providing services in office organization, operations and procedure documentation and human resource management.

Laura has more than ten years of experience in corporate business including seven years in human resources with Sylvan Learning Centers, a division of Educate, Inc.  During this time Laura provided training, organizational development, employee relations and recruiting support to Learning Centers and corporate employees. 

For the past three years, Laura has been an Independent Consultant with Educate, Inc. where she has participated in the development of two new company programs for in-home tutoring. She also developed key training programs and created the operations manuals, technology manuals and implementation guides for each program.

Laura has a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from Frostburg State University and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Baltimore.  In addition, Laura has taken several masters level courses in Instructional Design at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
